STUFF & CIE offers you the possibility of refunding any item, provided that it has not been damaged, stained, washed, deformed, used and that all labels are still intact, in its packaging and in its original condition.

If you wish to make an exchange we will refund you without problem. However, we ask that you make a new transaction on our website to order the desired item.

All STUFF & CIE merchandise is rigorously inspected by our quality control team before shipping. If you received a defective or damaged product, you must send us your request within 15 days from the date you received your package. After this period, no exchange or refund will be possible. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, including labels. Simply contact us at: support@stuff-cie.com

STUFF & CIE reserves the right to inspect the product before authorizing the refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse any refund if the established criteria for returns are not met.

Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the value of the item excluding the initial delivery charge.

Please note that items on sale (discounted) are final sale.

Please note that STUFF & CIE is not responsible for lost merchandise if the address provided to us is incorrect. Please ensure you provide us with the correct address when checking out.


WHAT ARE THE REFUND TIMES?
We will issue the refund to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. The return will be processed as quickly as possible, but it may take up to two billing periods for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 

RETURNS BY MAIL
It is the customer's responsibility to return the items in compliant and secure packaging (use the box or bag used for the initial shipment). Do not affix the return label directly to the merchandise). Compliance may result in additional charges.
